About
South Dade's metal roofing crew.
Built for the storms, priced for real budgets, and honest about what your roof actually needs.
Roofing shaped by Hurricane Andrew
You can't talk about roofing in Homestead without talking about Andrew. In 1992 the storm flattened much of South Dade and forced the toughest residential roof code in the country. We build to that legacy — every roof to current Miami-Dade HVHZ standards, with components rated for high-velocity hurricane zones. Down here, storm resilience isn't a selling point. It's the whole job.
Made for this part of the county
We work the south end of Miami-Dade — Homestead, Florida City, Leisure City, Princeton, Naranja, Goulds, the Redland, and out toward Cutler Bay. That means post-Andrew subdivision homes due for their second roof, ranch houses on big lots, and the barns, nurseries, and outbuildings that keep the Redland's farms running. We've roofed all of it.
What we do
Metal roof installation, replacement, and repair. Standing seam and metal shingle. Roof-overs for manufactured homes. Commercial and agricultural metal roofs. Post-storm inspection and repair. All built to the HVHZ wind code with the Notice of Acceptance (NOA) documentation the county requires.
How we work
We answer the phone. We show up for the free inspection. We tell you the truth — a repair if a repair will do, a replacement only when it's genuinely time. We write everything down in a line-item estimate, pull the permits, and hand you photos and paperwork at the end. No scare tactics, no vague lump sums, no surprises.
